Handwriting expert and tutor Selene Caldirola-Cutler helps children build clear, confident handwriting that matches their school’s expectations.
Every child is different—and so is every school’s handwriting style. That’s why sessions are fully personalised, focusing on the exact letter formation and skills each child needs.
Strong handwriting is especially important in exams such as the 11+, where clear presentation can make a real difference to how work is understood and marked.
Because not all schools use the same handwriting styles and letter formation programme, Selene tailors her support to each child’s individual needs and the handwriting style they are taught in school, ensuring consistency and supporting continuity with their teacher’s expectations.
Selene has also worked with schools developing handwriting policies and training teachers in effective handwriting instruction.

Recently The University of Tokyo and NTT Data Institute of Management Consulting published a study explaining that handwriting increases brain activity more than when using a smartphone or tablet.
